The included 7mm fine mesh is specifically engineered to shield your plants from white butterflies, slugs, and larger pests. This versatile vegetable crop cage is designed for easy assembly - simply peg the netting into the soil for maximum security or lift it away when you need quick access to your garden.

To ensure your veg cage remains stable year-round, we utilise our signature Lock Tight joints. Unlike standard push-fit connectors that often wiggle free, our joints use stainless-steel, rust-resistant nuts and bolts paired with a protective nylon collar. It’s a vegetable crop cage built to stay put.

From brassicas and carrots to leafy greens and potatoes, almost any kitchen garden staple will thrive inside this protective veg cage environment.

Netting Specifications

• Comes standard with a flexible 7mm mesh net 
• Made from black polyethene, which is less visible than other colours
• Soft and flexible 
• Fits tightly for a neat appearance and bird safety
• All nets are very strong & long lasting with High UV resistance 
• If there is a risk of snowfall, we recommend removing fruit cage roof netting in order to prevent damage which can be caused by the weight of settling snow.
